    Continue the fun indoors with this high-energy Zumba class! Get a fantastic workout with fitness instructor Aldona. Zumba incorporates a variety of dance moves, promotes a healthy heart and a healthy dose of aerobic activity, is a great way to build and tone muscles, improves cardio, promotes flexibility, and, best of all, decreases stress. This class is 60 minutes and takes place at the Burlington County Lyceum, 307 High St., Mt Holly starting at 6 pm. Event is FREE, and registration is required.
