The Parks System has been awarded an herbaceous wildflower kit from the Xerces Society for planting in a field at Crystal Lake Park. Crystal Lake does not have an existing pollinator meadow or any specific plantings for pollinators, so this is an exciting new project! Help is needed for planting the wildflowers, initial watering, and other associated tasks. Sign up to volunteer between June 1-5 for the planting. Timing will be staggered on different dates and times so we don’t have too many people at one time.
