May 14 may not seem like a day to be remembered but did you know that on that day, at least once each decade, a major historical event took place. This program will focus on four of these events that include the founding of one of the colonies earliest civilizations in 1607, a medical breakthrough in 1796, an expedition to the west in 1804, and a step forward for women in 1942. This is a repeat of the program held on May 13. The program will take place in-person on the patio and Zoom. Please register for only one date and time. Space is limited at the in-person program and registration is required. Masks must be worn at all times and social distancing will be enforced.
