What is falafel? Falafel are hearty patties or fritters made of chickpeas, tons of fresh herbs and spices, including traditional Middle Eastern spices like cumin and coriander. They are typically served in a warm pita with tzatziki sauce, fresh greens and crunchy vegetables. In this class, Cara Griffin will teach you how to make classic flavorful falafel, baked and fried. Recipe and zoom link will be sent out prior to class.
