Description: Hawkins Road will be closed to through traffic between Skeet Road and Indian Mills Road on or about Thursday, February 16, 2017 after 1:00 PM. It is anticipated that the roadway will be reopened on or about Friday, February 24, 2017 weather dependent. Repairs need to be made to the single-span timber bridge (County Bridge #D5.58) on Hawkins Road, located about 1 mile from Skeet Road and 1.5 miles from Independence Way.
Limits: Between Skeet Road and Indian Mills Road
Impact: A detour will be posted by the County utilizing Indian Mills Road to Route 206 to Route 70 to Skeet Road.
Contractor: Repairs will be completed by the Department of Public Works - Roads and Bridges.
