From Blossom To Bite

Tuesday, April 13, 2021

For many longtime residents of Burlington County, the name Jersey Jerry is a familiar one that brings back memories of a time when the county was covered in apple orchards. The Roberts family has deep roots in the county with orchards stretching from the Pennsauken Creek to the Rancocas. Coles Roberts narrates this 30 minute film that arcs across three decades of apple growing in Burlington County, from the 1950’s until the 1980’s. This hybrid program will take place in-person on the patio and Zoom. The program will repeat on April 14 on Zoom only. Please register for only one date and time. Space is limited at the in-person program and registration is required. Masks must be worn at all times and social distancing will be enforced.
