Tax Appeals

The Burlington County Board of Taxation does not accept any tax appeals or proofs delivered via electronic devices.

All proofs must be delivered to our office at least 7 days prior to the Hearing date.

Tax Appeal Hearings may take all day to be heard. You must be present when your tax appeal is called or it will be dismissed.

 Petition of Appeal and Instructions
  

Note - Three copies of the Petition of Appeal form must be submitted by the specified deadline:
              One copy to the Burlington County Board of Taxation
              One copy to the Municipal Clerk
              One copy to the Tax Assessor of the municipality in which the property is located.



            If you are submitting a tax appeal with an appraisal, three (3) copies of the appraisal are required
            to be submitted to the Board of Taxation.
