March 26, 2020, 10:00 AM - May 10, 2020, 4:00 PM @ Smithville Mansion Annex Gallery
Visit Historic Smithville Park to see works by the talented teens of Burlington County. Schools throughout the region came together for the Burlington County Teen Arts Festival in early March and will be represented in the exhibit. Artwork was selected by county adjudicators to be displayed in the exhibit and many will move on to the state competition. This will be a great opportunity for students, families and the community to see the artwork in a gallery setting. Gallery hours: Thursday-Saturday 10-4; Sunday 12-4. Reception: April 25 1-3 PM.
Due to COVID 19, galleries remain closed, but the exhibit's artwork can be viewed here: https://view.publitas.com/p222-7429/teen-arts-2020-1/
January 23, 2020 - March 29, 2020 @ Warden's House Gallery
Bill began making paper collages in his late teens. They are made from pictures and photographs found in various magazines, calendars and books. He arranges them to form another picture that flows into the next and never knows what the outcome will be. This simplistic approach has led him to make many complex pieces over the years and all are diverse. Bill enjoys piecing them together and the time and concentration involved. Gallery hours are Thursday - Saturday, 10 AM - 4 PM and Sunday, Noon - 4 PM
March 19, 2020, 10:00 AM - April 26, 2020, 4:00 PM @ Worker's House and Gallery
Hugh Campbell was an artist, published author and philosopher who lived an extremely minimalistic life in Mt. Holly. Much of his collection has been stored away and this exhibit will allow you to see rarely and never seen before art from deep within Burlington County’s archives. The exhibit will feature paintings, sketches, pastel and chalk drawings, as well as early drawings from when Hugh began to learn to practice art. Gallery hours are Thursday - Saturday, 10 AM - 4 PM and Sunday, Noon - 4 PM
