Experience the beauty and diversity of the Rancocas Nature Center brought to you at the Workers House Museum and Gallery. Through May we will be hosting a display featuring photographs, natural history items, books, and preserved animal mounts--all from Rancocas' permanent collection of artifacts. Come see and find out all the wonderful things the Rancocas Nature Center has to offer.

Showcase the hidden gems found throughout the Burlington County’s parks system. Creativity is a must. Highlight a different view, a new angle, your favorite location, or even time of day. Capture something that shows why your parks are important and a place for all to appreciate. Photos to be considered must be shot in one of Burlington County’s Parks. 12 winners will be selected and each winning photo will be featured as a calendar page in a future Burlington County Parks program guide. Gallery hours: Thursday-Saturday 10-4; Sunday 12-4.Art Intake Dates to submit entries: Friday, April 27th, 12-4pm & Saturday, April 28, 12pm-4pm. Limit: 3 photos per artist, $10 per photo entry fee. Art Reception: Saturday, May 5, 1:00 PM.

The Burlington County Parks System offers story time geared for children ages 2-5 years old, two times per week. Children will enjoy hearing 3 short stories read aloud, separated by 3 songs that children play along to with rhythm instruments. Each session also includes an age-appropriate craft. Tuesdays at the Rancocas Nature Center and Thursdays at the Worker’s House Gallery at Smithville.
