Daniel Horne has been creating spectacular art professionally for the past thirty six years. His art has graced almost 500 book covers from the Hardy Boys and the Dungeons and Dragon game books, to gallery paintings and one of a kind art dolls. Daniel's art is in many private collections including Guillermo Del Toro’s and from Hong Kong to New York City.

It is described as a “vivid, dramatic, and moving experience under a customized traveling tent.” Cirque Italia brings the appreciation of production and circus arts together to create a night to be remembered. For the very young, their interactions with the natural world are learning experiences that can translate into art projects. This program is designed for preschoolers ages 3-5 accompanied by a parent or guardian. Each session will include an introduction to a nature theme and an art project. Preregister by calling RNC at 609-261-2495. There is no charge for this program, but participants need to be Rancocas Nature Center members.
Seeds come in all sorts of sizes and shapes and provide food for our wildlife. Preschoolers will assemble a natural craft out of seeds and other found materials.

This exciting program, part of a series, involves using special flashlights with filters that allow us to see UV-induced fluorescence, an amazing phenomenon that would normally be invisible to us. Various plants, invertebrates, mushrooms and more glow in different dazzling colors at night. Led by Park Naturalist Jen Bulava. Due to limited supplies, registration is mandatory.
