When a person thinks of a monochromatic photograph, they are most likely imagining it as black and white or to be more precise…shades of gray. The Monochromatic Photography Exhibit expands from this by considering the Merriam-Webster Dictionary definition of monochromatic, which is “having or
consisting of one color or hue.” This is not just a black & white show. It will be interesting to see the direction a photographer takes in choosing a color, as the color can completely change the mood of an image.
