    We need you! Help keep our community clean and green! Individuals, groups, and organizations are welcome to come experience nature in this 140-acre park with views of the Rancocas Creek while cleaning up litter. Bags, gloves and grabbers will be provided along with light refreshments and water to refill your reusable water bottle! A free shopping tote will be given to all volunteers.

    To register, please email and state whether or not a letter documenting hours is needed for community service.

    Participants younger than the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
    Parent/guardian signed waivers are required for all volunteers under the age of 18.

  1. MRC: Emergency Response Hypnosis class

    Limited Space. RSVP Required. Emergency Response Hypnosis, originally developed by the National Guild of Hypnotists, teaches techniques that first-responders and emergency support personnel can use to reduce physical and psychological pain during an incident. Evidence-based research supports the positive role conversational hypnosis plays in helping not just the physical pain associated with injury, but also the emotional toll on those affected by serious incidents in the community. Participants will learn how to effectively communicate with victims of a traumatic event through proven techniques that reduce stress and anxiety as well as alleviate physical pain and suffering.
