SEPTEMBER 28, 7:00 PM - SPEAKING OF NATURE SERIES—THE NATURE OF POETRY, Rancocas Nature Center - Join Rancocas Nature Center member and literary artist, Hara Rola, for an evening of nature poetry. She will delight you with her poems that "paint a picture" of the natural world through words. There will also be a discussion about the natural world and what inspires her work. A poetry writing workshop will be included at the end of the program for those interested in composing their own poem. Register by calling 609-261-2495.

A new approach to understanding our history. Meet with Marisa Bozarth, Division of Parks, as we explore historical documents. A document, photo, letter, map, or other short publication will be provided at the time of the program. A new item will be discussed at each session that the group will read and discuss. You will hear about the past, link it to the present, and may even hear a few personal stories or reflections. You never know where the conversation may lead.
