Construction Waste Recycling

The Burlington County Resource Recovery Complex offers recycling programs for some types of waste generated during construction and renovations projects.

Wood Waste - Burlington County wants your wood waste. Several types of wood waste such as pallets and dimensional lumber are accepted free of charge at the Complex. Click on link for details.

Drywall - Approximately 12 percent of new construction drywall is wasted, equivalent to about a ton of drywall per new home. Clean and unpainted drywall can be recycled for a reduced rate. No painted or drywall from demolition will be accepted. Click on link for details.

Carpet - Clean and dry residential carpet from tear outs or new installs is accepted for a reduced fee. Not accepted: wet carpet, commercial carpet, carpet tiles, wool carpet, carpet padding, garbage bags, debris, etc. Visit the Recycling website for details. Click on link for details.
