The Department of Solid Waste is the administrative body for the Burlington County Resource Recovery Complex and includes the County Recycling Office and Clean Communities Office. The Department offices are located on the 2nd floor of the EcoComplex at 1200 Florence-Columbus Road, Bordentown, NJ 08505, half mile east of the Burlington County Resource Recovery Complex on Rt. 543 Florence.
