The Human Services Department funds and monitors programs for human services, mental health, homeless, alcohol and drug abuse, and the Municipal Alliance Drug Education Program. Human Services administers the following programs:
- The Post House,
a county-operated rehabilitation facility
located in Pemberton Township which provides
residential and outpatient aftercare treatment
for substance abusers.
- The Intoxicated Driver Resource Center
in Westampton which provides education to
persons convicted of driving under the influence.
- The Disabled Services and Personal
Assistance Program,
which provides non-medical care and employment
assistance to the physically disabled.
