Dear Burlington County Recyclers:
On Sunday, June 10th, 2018 Burlington County residents can shred confidential documents! This special Earth Fair Recycling event, sponsored by the Burlington County Freeholders, will be from 10:00 am to 3:30* pm at the Parking Lot at Smiths Woods, Smithville Rd. to East Railroad Ave. in Smithville Park, Eastampton. IMPORTANT: Smithville Road Bridge is CLOSED; follow detour signs or access Smithville Rd. from Rt. 38. Volunteers are on hand to unload the cars. *Event may end prior to 3:30 pm if shredding trucks reach capacity.
Bring only “confidential” documents for shredding, such as bank and credit card statements, tax returns, papers with account numbers or social security numbers, to be shredded on-site. No circulars, catalogs, junk mail, binders, plastic folders, computer disks or plastic credit cards. Limit up to four bags or boxes of un-shredded documents weighing no more than 10 pounds each.
