Burlington County announced that residents are invited to participate in a survey and share their voice on their unique health needs. The survey will be available throughout spring and will be used to better address the health care needs of Burlington County residents.
“Taking this survey is a wonderful way for Burlington County residents to provide feedback on many things affecting their health,” said Burlington County Health Department Director and Health Officer Holly Funkhouser Cucuzzella. “The data that is collected will help us develop a comprehensive County Health Improvement Plan designed to benefit all county residents based upon their reported needs. We encourage everyone to take a few minutes to help us plan for your future public health needs.”
The South Jersey Health Collaborative (of which the Burlington County Health Department is a member) is conducting the assessment of Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties.
The survey takes approximately five minutes to complete and can be accessed by visiting https://goo.gl/yEuYd6. If you need a paper copy, please call the Burlington County Health Department at 609-265-5548. For questions about the survey, email 2018CHNA@gmail.com.
Rutgers University Senator Walter Rand Institute of Public Affairs is conducting the data collection and analysis and reporting.
