APPLE CRANBERRY MINCEMEAT CANNING

This is a fruity mincemeat good enough to eat straight out of the jar! The first part of the demonstration, Danielle Brenner will be preparing a fruit mincemeat and canning the preserve for pies or warm as an ice cream topping. She will then demonstrate how to make tasty mincemeat squares –just as tasty as a pie without making pastry! They freeze very well also!
