Want to Stay Healthy During the Holiday Season? Health Starts Here Campaign is there for you!

Don’t get lost in the hustle and bustle of the holiday season! The Health Starts Here campaign helps to encourage all Burlington County residents to live healthier, exercise more, manage stress better, and take advantage of health screenings offered by organizations across the county.

As part of Burlington County's Health Starts Here Initiative, fitness classes are open to county residents for free!
  • Starting at 6 AM Monday through Thursday there is adult fitness classes at Tabernacle Church in Burlington City and adult kick boxing on Fridays at

  • Do you know where to get fresh, local and healthy food in your neighborhood? Do you have a farmer's market or community garden near home or work? Do you know what food places offer healthy choices? Healthy eating means consuming the right quantities of foods from the main food groups, whole grains, fruit and vegetables, protein, and diary.
