Lunch & Learn: Mediterranean Diet – Tomorrow – Wednesday, November 18th 

Want to improve your food choices and make healthier decisions? Come and learn about the Mediterranean plate, which uses fresh ingredients and right-size portions for a better belly and healthier heart. Enjoy healthy fats in moderation to improve food flavor and feel fuller longer. Registration can be accessed through the Burlco Portal HERE. Walk-ins are welcome!

What else helps a great diet? Getting out there and exercising! As part of Burlington County's Health Starts Here Initiative, fitness classes are open to county residents for free! Starting at 6 a.m. Monday through Thursday there is adult fitness classes at Tabernacle Church in Burlington City and adult kick boxing on Fridays at 6 a.m. at the JFK Center in Willingboro.
