Did you know that outdoor play increases fitness levels and builds active, healthy bodies? Spending time outside also raises levels of Vitamin D! So what are we waiting for? Let’s start our day and wake up with the park staff! From bird songs to changing weather patterns, observe the change the sun has on our planet. Please be advised to dress appropriately, and be ready for a leisurely morning walk during the sunrise. (Caffeine is not required but recommended to those who need it).

Don’t Forget! As part of Burlington County's Health Starts Here Initiative, fitness classes are open to county residents for free!
  • Starting at 6 a.m. Monday through Thursday there is adult fitness classes at Tabernacle Church in Burlington City and adult kick boxing on Fridays at 6 a.m. at the JFK Center in Willingboro.
