Cranberry Sauce 2 Ways  Wednesday October 26, 6 pm $30 REGISTER

Thanksgiving dinner is not complete without Cranberry Sauce. In this class we'll prepare both Whole Berry and Jellied sauce.

Cranberry Chutney -  Wednesday November 16, 6 pm $30 REGISTER

This delicious chutney can be used any time of the year, and is especially delicious on the holiday table. Savory and sweet with onions, dried pineapple, ginger and mustard; it pairs well with meats and cheeses.

New Bread Class in November

Bread:  The No-Knead Method -  Wednesday November 2, 6 pm $40 REGISTER

Have you heard of No-Knead Bread Dough (made famous by this NYTimes article of 2011) and wondered  what all the excitement is about? More than just a recipe, this dough method is a lesson in making and working with high hydration doughs that result in lighter open-crumb loaves, and tender flat breads. This class will focus on flatbreads -- Jolynn will demonstrate the simple technique of mixing the dough, and have pre-made dough in different stages to show recipes and ideas for flat breads -- including pizza and focaccia.
