Strategic Planning & Marketing

The Strategic Planning & Marketing Division provides the County as a whole and its divisions, departments and offices with a road map and plan to achieve specific goals and objectives identified by the Board of Chosen Freeholders. Strategic planning identifies internal and external effects and opportunities to consider for financial and marketing strategies and tactics. This division also helps identify new opportunities as well as new competitive threats.
